Scotland’s Development Education Centre (Scotdec) are holding an online interactive session that will help teachers explore issues around refugees and migration, empowering learners with data literacy skills.
Data Education in Schools will team with them to share practical activities and resources on terminology, respectful dialogue, interpreting data and understanding how statistics can be used, or misused, to shape narratives.
The event is ideal for primary and secondary teachers in Scotland and school leaders who are interested in embedding data literacy, critical thinking skills, and global citizenship across the school curriculum.
