Join us and Digital Skills Education for an exciting YouTube livestreamed interactive lesson for school pupils.

This event is part of a series featuring some of the most popular interactive lessons we have offered throughout the years. Learn more: Announcing a Live Lessons series.

Your class will join our data science team as we help explore how data can help fight climate change. You’ll create a proposal for a renewable energy system for YOUR school.

During the lesson you’ll need to work with energy usage data, geolocation data, satellite imagery, and earth observation data collected by NASA. Your goal is to find out how much electricity could be generated using a solar panel on your school roof.

Don’t worry if you’ve never done this before, the team will walk you through it!
