Join us in September to explore the world of AI & education, with a suite of new resources to help build AI literacy with educators and learners.
Data Education in Schools, Children’s Parliament and the Scottish AI Alliance would like to invite you to join us for an event to raise awareness of the range of resources available to Primary and Secondary teachers in Scotland which explore Artificial Intelligence.
The resources within the showcase introduce AI literacy for educators & learners, demonstrate how AI can be used as a tool to support learning and teaching across a range of school subjects, and how children’s human rights can be respected and upheld in our relationship with AI technologies.
The resources included in the showcase will be:
-
-
- Our TRAILS.scot resources (Teaching Responsible AI Literacy in Schools), including our Teach AI Literacy Handbook
- The Children’s Rights and AI Teaching Pack, created by Children’s Parliament in partnership with the Scottish AI Alliance and The Alan Turing Institute
-
This event will demonstrate how the resources can be used in the classroom, as well as provide an opportunity to discuss challenges and opportunities around the use of AI technologies in education.
