As part of our work for as the Digital Education and AI Literacy in Advancing Pedagogy Hub at The Centre for Teaching Excellence, we have worked with Teacher Associates across Scotland to develop research briefs designed to support teachers in their practice.
The “AI and Children’s Rights” research brief discusses AI use in education, its potential benefits and risks from a children’s rights perspective. In light of existing evidence, it offers notes on how AI usage may impact children’s rights, based on the relevant UNCRC articles.
